Cyndi's List - <http://www.cyndislist.com/construc.htm> But don't follow her rule about using the same title on every page of your site. Your site should have a name. Every page should have a page title so it is easy for user to use the browser history to go back to a desired page. Take a look at the top line of your browser window when you are on a Web page and see what text there helps you know what is on that page.
